Job Description

Salary: $48,400 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online
• Preferred experience with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
• Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally in a technology or SaaS setting
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and financial terminology
• Ability to analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and provide practical solutions
• Hybrid work requirement with at least 2 days in-office for 4 hours each day
• Dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work

• Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related challenges via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
• Implement prosperity principles in customer interactions
• Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
• Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
• Create high-quality customer interactions that inspire confidence
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to help develop a unique service model
• Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, including invoicing and complex bookkeeping tasks
• Keep abreast of all updates, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a trusted advisor
